Answer LORZOR does not charge high-percentage restocking fees or high-percentage cancellation fees for standard returns. For return-for-refund requests, the main cost is return shipping, which is the customer's responsibility. If LORZOR offers a prepaid label for a refund request, any label cost or refund deduction will be confirmed before the label is issued. For approved exchanges or store credit, LORZOR covers the approved return shipping. A refund may be reduced, declined, or converted to store credit after review if the item is used, altered, damaged by the customer, missing key components, returned outside the 45-day window, or sent back without proper order information.
