I received a damaged or faulty item. What should I do?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with a clear product issue, contact support@lorzor.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the product, packaging, and any visible damage. For shipping damage, keep the outer packaging, shipping label, and product packaging until support reviews the case.
LORZOR will review the issue based on the evidence, product condition, shipping status, and order details. Depending on the case, support may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, store credit, troubleshooting, or another reviewed solution.
Do not send the item back before receiving instructions. Return addresses can vary by order and fulfillment location, especially for international-warehouse orders. Sending the item to an unconfirmed address may delay or prevent processing.
