How long does order processing take?
Most in-stock LORZOR orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
How long will delivery take?
After your order has been dispatched, estimated standard shipping times are generally: United States, United Kingdom, and European Union local warehouse in stock: usually 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Which carriers does LORZOR use?
Standard shipping is mainly handled through USPS where available, with local delivery partners used when required by the destination, warehouse route, or final-mile network.
Why did my order ship from an international warehouse?
Some LORZOR products may ship from an international warehouse when local inventory is unavailable, when the product is stocked internationally, or when that fulfillment route is the most suitable option for your destination.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, LORZOR will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link.
Why isn't my tracking number updating?
Tracking may not update immediately. A tracking number can be created before the carrier's first scan, and the first visible movement may take 24-48 hours after the package is received by the carrier.
Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
In most cases, LORZOR takes care of customs duties for eligible orders.
What should I do if my order is delayed?

My package says delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, first check the places where carriers commonly leave parcels: mailbox, front door, porch, reception desk, parcel locker
