If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact support@lorzor.com with your order number and tracking number.

Shipping delays can happen because of customs checks, carrier congestion, public holidays, weather, remote delivery areas, incorrect address information, local restrictions, or carrier handoff delays. LORZOR does not use a fixed automatic delay compensation rule. Instead, support reviews the tracking status, carrier feedback, destination, warehouse route, and order details before recommending the next step.

Before contacting support, check the latest carrier tracking link and 17TRACK if available. If the package is still moving, the best next step may be to wait for the next scan. If the package has stopped moving for several days, support can help review the shipment and investigate where possible.

Do not return or refuse a delayed package unless LORZOR support has given instructions.
