Why did my order ship from an international warehouse?

Some LORZOR products may ship from an international warehouse when local inventory is unavailable, when the product is stocked internationally, or when that fulfillment route is the most suitable option for your destination.

This does not change LORZOR's free standard shipping policy, but it may affect the carrier used, tracking update rhythm, customs review, and final delivery timeline. International warehouse delivery is usually estimated at 7-15 business days after dispatch.

If your tracking looks quiet for a short period, it may be waiting for the next scan, customs clearance, or local delivery handoff. Tracking information can also take 24-48 hours to update after a carrier receives the package.

If your order is outside the estimated delivery window or the tracking has not updated for several days, contact support@lorzor.com with your order number and tracking number.
