Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact support@lorzor.com immediately.

LORZOR will do its best to help before the order is processed or shipped, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment. Warehouses and carriers may move quickly, and some routes do not allow address edits after handoff.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please include street number, apartment or unit number if applicable, city, state or province, postal code, country, and a reachable phone number when required by local delivery rules.

Missing or incorrect address information can delay delivery, cause failed delivery attempts, or make a package undeliverable. If the order has already shipped, support will review the carrier status and tell you what options are available.
