What if my item arrived damaged, wrong, or missing?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or with a clear product issue, contact support@lorzor.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, photos or video of the item and packaging, and any relevant shipping information. Keep the original packaging, product packaging, and shipping label until support reviews the case. That evidence helps confirm whether the issue is related to packing, product condition, shipping damage, or carrier handling.

After review, LORZOR may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution depending on the issue, tracking status, available evidence, inventory, and order details.

Do not send the item back before receiving instructions. Return addresses vary by order and fulfillment location, and sending the item to the wrong address can delay resolution.
