How do I track my order?

After your order ships, LORZOR will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link. Use that link first, because it is connected to the carrier or fulfillment route used for your order.

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package. If the link opens but does not show movement right away, check again later before assuming the package is stuck.

You can also track many shipments through 17TRACK at https://www.17track.net/en. This can be useful when an order involves an international route or local carrier handoff.

If you need help checking the order status, contact support@lorzor.com. Include your order number, tracking number, and the email address used when placing the order so the support team can find the shipment quickly.
