LIFETIME REPLACEMENT RULES

• Whilst we have complete confidence in the quality of our products, there is no guarantee that it will survive all the trials and tribulations of a long life. That's why we've introduced our Lifetime Replacement service to bring a more guaranteed shopping experience with less worry about the quality of our products.
• We offer a Lifetime Replacement on most of the products on our website. we will cover the cost of the product itself, and you will only need to pay for shipping and handling to get a brand new LORZOR wallet.

• *Lifetime Replacement does not apply to our Leather Wallet Collection.

•*Only the same replacement order is supported for the same order information.

WHAT DOES "LIFETIME REPLACEMENT" COVER? 

Everything that can go wrong with the wallet,from being accidentally crushed by a car to being chewed on by a pet.All coverd.Our wallets are Built to Endure Life's Toughest Moments! 

 

WHAT OUR "LIFETIME REPLACEMENT" DOES NOT COVER? 

Wallets that cannot be sent back or have been lost for any reason, if your old wallet cannot be sent back we will not be able to perform the Lifetime Replacement service for you. 

 

HOW DOES IT WORK? 

The Lifetime Replacement requires you to send in the old wallet to our warehouse. We cover the cost of the new wallet, and we just ask that you cover the cost of return shipping and processing(RSP) (After you submit a replacement order to us, we will give you the exact amount of the product sending out fee and the processing fee based on your information). This covers your shipping the old product to us and our shipping the new product back to you + processing. 

Once the old wallet is returned, we will send out the replacement that is the same model and color of the old wallet you returned.
