How long will delivery take?

After your order has been dispatched, estimated standard shipping times are generally:

United States, United Kingdom, and European Union local warehouse in stock: usually 3-5 business days after dispatch. If local stock is unavailable and the order is fulfilled or transferred from an international warehouse: usually 7-15 business days after dispatch.

These are estimated delivery windows, not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery can take longer during peak seasons, public holidays, customs checks, carrier congestion, remote-area delivery, weather disruption, address issues, or other events outside LORZOR's direct control.

Some products may ship from an international warehouse depending on inventory and destination. In those cases, tracking may show more than one carrier or a handoff to a local delivery partner before final delivery.
