I received the wrong item. What should I do?

If you received the wrong item, contact support@lorzor.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, the email address used for the order, a description of what you received, and clear photos of the product, packaging, SKU label, and shipping label if available. Please keep the item and packaging until support reviews the case. Do not return the item to the sender address on the package unless LORZOR support confirms the correct return instructions.

After reviewing the information, LORZOR may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution depending on the order details, product availability, evidence, and fulfillment route.

Reporting the issue quickly helps support confirm what happened and solve it faster. If the package was fulfilled internationally or through a warehouse partner, return instructions may be different from the original sender address.
