Why isn't my tracking number updating?
Answer
Tracking may not update immediately. A tracking number can be created before the carrier's first scan, and the first visible movement may take 24-48 hours after the package is received by the carrier.
Updates can also pause during weekends, public holidays, customs processing, carrier handoff, local delivery sorting, remote-area transport, or system delays. For international-warehouse orders, tracking may look quiet while the package moves between logistics networks and waits for a local carrier scan.
This does not always mean the package is lost. The best first step is to check the tracking link again after one or two business days and also try 17TRACK if the carrier page is not showing enough detail.
If the tracking has not updated for several days, or the estimated delivery window has passed, email support@lorzor.com with your order number and tracking number.
