An item is missing from my order. What should I do?

If an item is missing from your order, contact support@lorzor.com within 7 days of delivery.
Before contacting support, check the package carefully. Small items, accessories, or inserts can sometimes sit inside product packaging, under protective material, or in a separate compartment. Also check whether your order may have shipped in more than one package. If separate shipments were used, you may receive more than one tracking number.
When contacting support, include your order number, the missing item name, photos of the package and items received, and any shipping label or packing information. Keeping the original packaging helps support review whether the issue is a packing error, split shipment, shipping damage, or carrier issue.
After review, LORZOR may provide replacement support, a refund, store credit, or another solution based on the order and available evidence.
