Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact support@lorzor.com as soon as possible.
LORZOR will try to help if the order has not yet been processed, packed, handed to a warehouse, or shipped. Once fulfillment has started, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. This is especially important for orders fulfilled by local or international warehouses, because warehouse handoff can happen before the tracking email is fully updated.
If the order has already shipped, it normally needs to follow the return or exchange process after delivery. Do not refuse or return a package without receiving instructions from LORZOR support, because the sender address on the package may not be the correct return address.
To speed up support, include your order number, email address, and the exact change you want.
