Some orders may be fulfilled from an international warehouse depending on product availability, destination, and inventory routing. For those orders, the correct return address and best support option may differ from a local-warehouse order. The sender address on the shipping label may not be able to process returns.

If the item is eligible and within the 45-day return window, LORZOR support will review the order and provide the next step. If you choose a refund, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If you choose an approved exchange or store credit, LORZOR covers the approved return shipping.

Use trackable shipping if you are instructed to return the item with your own carrier.
