When will I receive my refund?

After your return is received and inspected, LORZOR will notify you about the refund status.

If the return is approved, the refund is usually processed to the original payment method within 5-14 business days. Your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other payment provider may need additional time to post the funds to your account after LORZOR processes the refund.

Return shipping costs paid by the customer are not reimbursed for customer-preference refund requests. Approved exchanges, approved store credit returns, LORZOR errors, and approved product issues follow the return shipping instructions confirmed by support.

Refund timing can be delayed if the package is returned to the wrong address, arrives without order information, is missing key components, or requires additional inspection. To avoid delays, always contact support@lorzor.com before returning an item and use the return instructions provided for your specific order.
