My package says delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, first check the places where carriers commonly leave parcels: mailbox, front door, porch, reception desk, parcel locker, building office, neighbors, household members, and any local carrier delivery notice.

If you live in an apartment building, check with the front desk, mailroom, or parcel room. If the package was delivered by a local carrier after an international handoff, the final delivery location may be slightly different from the first carrier's tracking page.

If the package still cannot be found, contact support@lorzor.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, tracking number, shipping address, and any information from the carrier. LORZOR will review the tracking information and investigate with the carrier where possible.
