What happens if I send a return to the wrong address?

Answer

Sending a return to the wrong address can delay or prevent processing.

The sender address printed on a package may be a warehouse, carrier facility, Amazon fulfillment location, international logistics point, or local delivery partner. It is not always the correct return address and may not be able to identify, inspect, or process customer returns.

If an item is returned without authorization or sent to an unconfirmed address, the refund or exchange may be delayed, declined, or difficult to complete. In some cases, the package may not be recoverable.

If you have already shipped a return to an address that LORZOR did not confirm, contact support@lorzor.com immediately. Include your order number, return tracking number, the address used, carrier name, shipping date, and any delivery confirmation. Support will review what can be done, but recovery cannot be guaranteed.
