Where can I find my order confirmation or tracking email?

After you place an order, LORZOR sends an order confirmation email to the email address used at checkout. After the order ships, LORZOR sends a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.

If you cannot find these emails, check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folders. Also check whether you entered a different email address at checkout. If you used PayPal, Shop Pay, or another accelerated checkout method, the order email may be connected to that account.

Tracking information may not appear immediately after the order is placed because processing and shipping are separate steps. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.

If you still cannot find your order details, contact support@lorzor.com with your name, shipping address, possible email addresses used, and any payment confirmation. Support can help locate the order where possible.
