How do I start a return?

To start a return, contact support@lorzor.com before sending anything back.
Include your order number, the email address used for the order, the item you want to return or exchange, the reason for the request, and photos or video if the item arrived damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective.
After reviewing your request, LORZOR will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide the correct return instructions. Instructions may vary depending on product, destination, order status, reason for return, and fulfillment location.
Do not send the item to the sender address shown on the package unless LORZOR support confirms it. Items sent to an unconfirmed address may be delayed, lost, difficult to identify, or ineligible for processing.
If you choose a return for refund, you are responsible for return shipping. If you choose an approved exchange or store credit, LORZOR covers the approved return shipping. A trackable shipping method is strongly recommended when you use your own carrier.
