We see sustainability as a practical part of how a product is designed, sourced, packed, shipped, supported, and kept in use. For wallets and carry goods, the first step is simple: make products that customers do not need to replace too quickly.

LORZOR does not treat responsibility as a single claim. It is a series of choices across the product lifecycle.
Those choices include building products for repeated daily use, selecting materials that support long-term performance, avoiding unnecessary packaging where possible, planning fulfillment more carefully, and providing customer support that helps products stay in service.
Built to Last
Durability is one of the most practical ways to reduce waste. A product that lasts longer does not need to be remade, repacked, reshipped, and replaced as often.
LORZOR focuses on everyday carry products that are compact, functional, and ready for repeated use. We pay attention to the details customers touch most: card access, edges, stitching, closures, structure, surface feel, and how the product performs over time.
Built to last is not only a design idea. It is also part of the customer experience. When a product works well for longer, the customer gets more value and the product creates less unnecessary replacement pressure.
Materials and Standards
Material choices affect both product performance and responsibility. We look for materials that support structure, durability, touch, appearance, and daily use.
Many LORZOR products include GRS-certified recycled materials. The Global Recycled Standard gives recycled-material claims a clearer framework, so material choices are easier to understand and harder to treat as empty marketing language.
Some leather products also use materials from LWG-related or LWG-rated supply channels. For customers, that helps connect the leather story to recognized leather-industry practices instead of vague claims about premium materials.
Our goal is to keep improving material transparency as our product line grows, without overstating claims beyond the products and materials where they apply.
Packaging With a Practical Purpose
LORZOR uses paper-based boxes for product packaging. They provide structure, presentation, and product protection during storage and shipping.
Some packaging also uses an outer protective film to help reduce scuffs, moisture exposure, and transit damage before the product reaches the customer.
For us, packaging has to balance two jobs: protect the product and avoid unnecessary excess. If packaging fails, products may arrive damaged, which can create replacements, returns, extra shipping, and more waste. As LORZOR grows, we will continue reviewing ways to reduce unnecessary packaging while keeping products properly protected.
Responsible Fulfillment
LORZOR uses both overseas warehouses and international fulfillment locations. Some products are stocked closer to customers, while others may ship from international warehouses depending on product availability, destination, and inventory routing.
In many cases, inventory movement is planned through ocean freight. This supports more stable stock planning and can reduce reliance on rushed, fragmented air movements where practical.
Fulfillment is not only about speed. It is also about planning inventory more carefully, reducing avoidable split shipments, limiting unnecessary reshipping, and making the delivery experience more predictable.
Reducing Waste Through Returns and Support
Returns are sometimes necessary, but they can create extra transport, packaging, inspection, and handling.
Clear support choices also reduce waste. If a customer chooses an approved exchange or store credit, LORZOR covers the approved return shipping. If a customer chooses a refund, the customer pays return shipping. That distinction keeps the process easier to understand before anyone sends a package back.
For orders fulfilled through international warehouses, the right return route may differ from the shipping route. Customers should contact support first so the return does not go to a warehouse or carrier address that cannot process it.
Supplier Responsibility
LORZOR expects suppliers and production partners to support lawful, safe, and responsible manufacturing practices.
Our focus at this stage is practical: quality consistency, product safety, clearer material information, better packaging choices, responsible sourcing language, and direct communication with customers.
As we grow, we will continue improving how we evaluate product quality, material standards, supplier capabilities, and customer feedback.
Responsible Business Practices
Responsibility also means giving customers clear information before and after purchase. LORZOR aims to keep product details, shipping information, return rules, warranty guidance, and support options understandable and consistent.
When an order issue happens, support reviews the order details, product condition, photos where needed, and available logistics information before choosing the next step. A fair solution may include replacement support, exchange, refund, store credit, or further troubleshooting depending on the case.
This is not as visible as a material standard, but it matters. Clear policies and fair support reduce unnecessary disputes, avoidable returns, repeated shipping, and customer frustration.
