What is LORZOR's warranty policy?

LORZOR's warranty direction is Lifetime Warranty, but the detailed warranty page and coverage rules should be checked once the dedicated warranty section is finalized.

For now, this FAQ should be treated as a support entry point, not a replacement for the full warranty policy. If you have a product issue after the 45-day return window, contact support@lorzor.com with your order information, product name, and photos or video showing the issue.

Warranty support usually depends on proof of purchase, product type, issue description, product condition, usage history, and whether the issue is covered by the final warranty terms.
