Which items are not returnable?

Some items may not be eligible for return or refund.
This may include final sale items, gift cards, free gifts or promotional items, replacement products provided through a previous support case, customized or personalized items, items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer, items missing key components or required order information, items returned after the 45-day return window, and products purchased from Amazon, marketplaces, or third-party retailers outside their applicable return process.
LORZOR may also decline or adjust a refund if the returned item is not in original condition, does not match the approved return request, or is sent to the wrong address without authorization.
