Why can't I select my country or region at checkout?

If your country or region is unavailable at checkout, shipping is currently not supported for that location.

LORZOR does not publish a fixed list of unsupported destinations on the Shipping Policy page because availability can change based on carrier routes, fulfillment options, local restrictions, customs requirements, product availability, and operational risk.

Checkout is the most practical place to confirm whether shipping is available for your address. If the checkout page does not allow the destination, LORZOR cannot complete the order for that country or region at that time.
